The past two workdays (8/22 + 9/5) were great successes. We have moved along adding the handrails and decking on the lower portion of the ramp and porch area.
As always thanks to Tommy for your building expertise and work ethic. And to the rest of the crew, thanks for putting up with the occasional lapse in organization/construction knowledge on my part and continuing to show up week after week. I know our clients really appreciate everything we are doing to get this project done.
Good news! Tonight is our first major fundraiser of the Fall 2010 semester:
Qdoba Night is happening tonight from 5-9pm at the Qdoba on the Corner!
Pick up a flyer on your walk there (we'll have volunteers stationed at either end of the Corner passing them out), order a meal (dinner+drink) and FBD will receive $1.50 per customer that will go directly to purchasing remaining building materials!
Next workday: this SUNDAY 9am-12pm
